I keep coming back to simple outfits lately. Maybe it’s the season, maybe it’s because they leave room for the details to do the work. A fitted white tee, low rise jeans, worn leather boots, and a weathered cowboy hat don’t need much else when the styling feels balanced. The forest setting felt like the right place for it, with just enough sunlight filtering through the trees to catch the textures without stealing the scene.

With Lelutka’s newest heads on the horizon, I’ve found myself feeling a little nostalgic. While I wait for their next generation to arrive, I’ve been revisiting the EvoX series that has been sitting in my inventory for years. Today’s look is built around Billie, and it’s a reminder that these heads still have plenty of life left in them.
For today’s styling I paired the Billie head from Lelutka with the Shelly skin in Porcelain from VelvetVue. Alba’s Essential 5 eyeliner keeps the eyes crisp, while Midori’s Quasar eyes create a soft, natural gaze. I finished the makeup with Halcyon lip gloss from WarPaint, adding just enough shine to catch the light without overwhelming the look.

The outfit follows the same understated approach. I’m wearing the Gigi t-shirt from Cheezu with the Low Rise Jeans from Lamb, finished with the Alane leather belt from Mowie. The Western Rider ankle boots from Salt&Pepper add just the right amount of western influence without turning the outfit into a costume. Maeve hair from Doux includes the cowboy hat as part of the hairstyle, which makes the entire look feel effortless and cohesive. The Inah ring and Molly earrings from Kunglers provide the finishing touches without competing for attention.
Sometimes a look doesn’t need bold colors or dramatic styling. A handful of well chosen pieces, a quiet woodland path, and an inquisitive German Shepherd are more than enough to tell the story.
XO, Graz
