Sunlight hits me first. Warm, soft, unmistakably Liguria in May. It wraps around everything as I step out of the hotel and onto the quiet street, like the day has been waiting for me to arrive.
I slow down without thinking. There is no reason to rush here. The air feels light, carrying that mix of gentle warmth and a faint trace of sea air drifting in from somewhere just out of sight. It is fresh, but already touched by summer. The kind of air that makes you pause for a second longer.
As I start walking, my eyes linger on the deep green vintage car resting along the curb, polished and still, like it belongs to another decade. It adds to the feeling that time moves differently here, softer, less urgent.
My outfit falls into that same rhythm without effort.

I am wearing the Asteria Elsa blouse, which is actually more of a light jumper: a loose white knit that drapes softly over my frame. It slips into a deep neckline that feels confident but not over exposing. The fabric catches the sunlight in gentle shifts, almost glowing against my skin. It feels easy. It feels natural. Light enough to not overheat me during the day, warm enough to not make me chilly after sunset. Exactly what I want in a place like this.
The Sorumin Sunny Bloom skirt brings in a lighter, more playful note. Short, relaxed, scattered with soft florals that echo the mood of the street around me. There is movement in it. A small slit that lets it flow as I walk, keeping everything fluid and unrestrained. I picked it up at this month’s Anthem, which has just opened.
I kept the details simple. The Yummy Petit Coeur necklace rests against my collarbone, catching the light in quiet flashes. The Studio Exposure Poetry Mini Bag sits lightly in my hand, more a companion than a statement. My sandals are the Winsleys, by Seeker, delicate and barely there, with soft lilac straps that add just a subtle touch of color while keeping everything airy as I move along the stone street. They also match my purse seamlessly.

My look starts with Midori ‘s Hanthea skin, giving everything that soft, natural sunkissed base. My hair, Truth Breeze -not the newest, but surely one of my all time favourites- moves lightly around me, framing the moment without taking over and I finished it with Alba’s Malibu eyeliner, and on my lips Voglia’s Kissology layered with Lucci’s Glazed lipgloss, adding that final hint of shine that catches the light just right.
I am aware of the moment, but not performing for it. Just present. This is what Liguria in May does to me. It softens the edges of everything. It takes the urgency out of the day and replaces it with something quieter, more deliberate. As I walk further down the street, with the sun warm on my skin and the day stretching ahead, I stop thinking about capturing anything at all.
I just let it unfold, exactly as it is.
XO, Graz
