Today is one of those days where the sun is just right, the breeze is gentle, and the world practically begs you to go outside. So that’s exactly what I did—off for a walk through the stunning The Grove Country Club Estates park.

Walking there honestly feels like drifting through the Giardini di Boboli in Florence. It’s that beautiful. These sims are immaculately landscaped, full of charm and grace, and I truly appreciate the care that goes into maintaining them. It’s serenity, served with a side of classic Italian grandeur.
Now, don’t get me wrong—I love Florence. But these days, I tend to avoid the big, tourist-heavy cities. Between the crowds, the overpriced everything, and the tragic Disneyfication of historic centers, it’s hard to find the soul of the place anymore. And let’s be real—it’s heartbreaking. Locals pushed out, culture sanitized, and visitors only experiencing the postcard version of reality.

So instead, I seek out the hidden gems. The sleepy villages. The towns where you can still hear the wind whisper between ancient shutters and smell actual baking bread instead of mass-produced gelato.
But ahem, there I go again—rambling on about travel philosophy when I should be talking about fashion. Let’s focus, shall we?

What’s New at The Kiwi Co.
Just Landed is a charming new set from The Kiwi Co. and it’s perfect for a day like today. The full release includes:
- A long sleeve shirt
- A fitted tank top (I’m wearing it today—love the cut!)
- Casual shorts
- The cutest belly chain you’ve ever seen
- And two pairs of sneakers (high and low), with or without matching socks
It’s basically the full “go on an impromptu camping trip” wardrobe capsule, which can easily be dressed up, as you can see in my outfit!
Because, while the shorts are great, I opted out of them today—this park has an elegance to it that called for something a little more refined. Instead, I slipped into Fashionably Dead’s satin midi skirt, which paired beautifully with the tank. But trust me, those shorts are coming back out for my next beach day.
Accessories for the Win
To complete the look:
- I carried DDL’s Attention bag—small but fierce
- Added a little sparkle with Sigma’s Fausta rings
- And topped it all off with Truth’s Whisper hair, pulled back just enough for Bondi’s Rio sunglasses to hold back the rebellious strands trying to ruin my soft glam moment

So yes, it started as a walk in the park. But really, it was a moment to slow down, breathe in beauty, and dress like you’re in your own little Italian daydream—minus the tour buses.
Be kind, wander often, and wear cute sneakers while you do it. 💚
