I have a soft spot for Nuve. Their work is excellent, creative, and I love how their skins look. If you haven’t tried their skins yet, you really should. Take my word for it. Nuve is also adapting their skins to fit Genus, so no excuses!
Today, I am showing you Cara.

This is her, out of the box, worn on LeLutka‘s Camila with my own shape. The only thing I have added here are my usual mole and lip scar from The Skinnery. Nuve offers its skins in a plethora of skin tones, human and fantasy alike, and supports its own skin tones (of course) as well as a selection of Velour skin tones for every release. I’m wearing Cara in Sienna today. Veronika, the creator behind Nuve, for me makes some of the best eyebrows in SL. I usually wear their Noel eyebrows, but Cara comes with some pretty awesome brows of her own, so there is that!
I’m also wearing Avi-Glam‘s Versailles eyes, and the Athena hair base by Opulein.

For my makeup look, I also went with Nuve. Nuve often releases skin-dedicated makeup, and this is the Cara lipstick as well as the Cara eyeshadow. The big advantage of skin-dedicated makeup, is that it fits the lips perfectly, something that occasionally is an issue with non-skin-dedicated makeup, which usually overdraws the lipline on the skin, which, by the current fashion in SL is already pretty full, leaving me to look like I have been stung by a bee, or like I visited a filler clinic with an over zealous esthetician.

I am wearing the Void Mirage lashes, with Nuve‘s Ruby applier, and it’s divine. Not exaggerated, yet prominent and dramatic. Love love love! On my cheeks, I am wearing Reverie‘s Cecile blush.
My hair is Truth Collective by Faga‘s Posession hair and my beautiful earrings are Fadia, by Kunglers.

That’s it for now, be kind! <3

Welcome to Pixel Approved. I’m Grazia.

This blog is where I share what I wear, what I see, and what’s on my mind.

Some days, it’s about digital fashion and styling in Second Life. Other days, it’s a personal journal where I unpack random thoughts, trends, or things that just won’t leave my head. I review skins I love, explore beautiful places you might’ve missed, and always keep a sharp eye on details that matter.

If you’re here for virtual fashion, clean edits, smart opinions, or a quiet escape—you’ll feel at home.
