Pixelapproved!

As I mentioned yesterday, Valentine’s Day doesn’t hold anything special for me, but since the entire grid seems to be filled with hearts and hues of red and pink, it is very hard for me not to give in to at least that—reds and pinks, which I personally find one of the best color combinations!

I am wearing Tres Blah‘s Midi skirt. I know longer skirts are a bit of a pain to pose in SL, but I love them, so I deal with it :). And Tres Blah‘s is so worth it. Beautiful textures, and colors and patterns are available. Very wearable! On top of that, I am donning Miss Chelsea‘s Amal vest. Also available in non-valentine-y colors and patters and Equal 10, as well as a blouse/short dress which you can wear under the vest. Also from Miss Chelsea is the Amal bag, which you can see on below picture. The jewelry situation is by Yummy. I am wearing the sweetheart pearl necklace and the customizable Solitaire ring.

If you want this to be a really super sweet (like instant caries sweet) of course you will wear a cute pump or flat under this skirt, but I wanted it a bit more kick ass, and I think these Ayden chunky heel boots from Gos Boutique give a nice balance if that makes sense?
Also, I went a bit shopping crazy at Cupid Inc. and now I have all these adorable gifts sitting in my inventory, so I figured I might as well use some for the occasion. So here I am standing on a pile of resized heart cookies from Aardvark, and look at that adorable headband from Shifuku in my Tram P0108 hair!

I am looking super pale today wearing Gloom‘s Joanne skin in Blush, and for my makeup, I needed contrast and Jack Spoon delivers with their Biba kit. I am wearing some of the Biba nose contour and the green waterline shadow. On my cheeks, I have Fontaine‘s Blush N1 and on my lips, Goreglam‘s Musa lipstick, with a beautiful satin finish. I tinted my lashes also in a soft green on the LeLutka HUD.
