Yeah, so about that… do I need to say more? I was told the other day that my avie reminded them of Nefertiti (because of my aquiline nose, which Nefertiti did not have), but still, I was very, very flattered to be compared to the most famous of Egyptian queens. In terms of visibility that is of course. I know we have women like Sobekneferu, as the first regent in her own right, and Cleopatra, as the one lose her country, heart and life to the Roman Empire; Hatsjepsut who wore the ceremonial beard and ruled as pharaoh and Nefertari, the queen consort of Ramesses the Great, all said to be formidable queens and great beauties. But Nefertiti’s magnificence, caught in the stone bust on display in Berlin’s Neues Museum since 1924, is unrivaled.

I found the Nefertiti hat on the marketplace. It’s an old gacha rare from David Heather which I could get for a reasonable price. Nefertiti had quite strong looks, so I had to do a bit of shape tweaking on my Camila head from Lelutka, which I am wearing here with the default Camila skin. True to the bust, My left eye is from the collection on the LeLutka HUD, and the right one is from Avi-Glam from their Occult collection. My sunken cheeks are from Nuve, and the subtle smile lines are from The Skinnery. The kajal rimmed eyeshadow again is from the LeLutka HUD. My necklace is Aziza, from Bliensen & Maitai.

I also wanted to do a more modern take on Nefertiti, and I decided to go with blue hair, to mimic her iconic headdress. It’s Daisy from S-club

I figured her Grace would appreciate this Klimt jewelry set from Heartsdale Jewelry, and for the occasion I’m donning a gold gown by Sofia, the Emma Star gown.

That’s it! Be Kind! <3

Welcome to Pixel Approved. I’m Grazia.

This blog is where I share what I wear, what I see, and what’s on my mind.

Some days, it’s about digital fashion and styling in Second Life. Other days, it’s a personal journal where I unpack random thoughts, trends, or things that just won’t leave my head. I review skins I love, explore beautiful places you might’ve missed, and always keep a sharp eye on details that matter.
