I so love the little styling notes and challenges Emma Gilmour provides in the note cards coming with her fashion! It is inspirational and it makes me want to go back to these items over and over again to play more. For 12 days of Christmas, the hugely successful annual Christmas bash spearheaded by the powerhouse that is LeLutka, Mellow Elie had a mini pack of the Felton hoodie out, but now 12 Days is over, the special pack has been retired, and instead, Emma has released a full version of the Felton Hoodie. As she states in her styling note, a hoodie is the quintessential loungewear, but with the right fabrics, tailoring, and other fashion choices you can easily elevate it to a fun outfit to go grab a cup of coffee in town!
And that is what I have done today. I have matched the Felton hoodie, with Thalia Heckroth‘s midi flare skirt, which is another of my current inventory faves for its versatility and great fit and styled it with Miss Chelsea‘s Debi belt (hurrah for unrigged versions, Coral I love you!), COCO Designs leather black boots and DDL‘s Lucky purse.
With the glamorous Neo Icon sunglasses from Studio Exposure and Yummy‘s Vice hoops (so old they are true SL vintage by now) and a bold red lipstick (Goreglam‘s Musa), I’m good to go pretty much anywhere!
