Kess from The Glamour Sauce had this brilliant idea to revive her Main store Monday dedications: a blog/vlog/social media post dedicated to a brand, its products, and its main store. I think it’s an awesome initiative, and therefore, I am happily jumping on this bandwagon!

My first Mainstore Monday is about Merak. A furniture and decor shop, owned by Anna von Klitten where, over time, I have dropped many a Linden dollar! For the longest time, Merak was housed in a temporary store, but recently the new main store was revealed and it’s a lovely one! Not just to shop, but also to hang out for a while, because there is a nice little coffee corner in the reception area!

Merak’s furniture is a perfect middle ground between cozy and stylish. Not that these two are mutually exclusive per sé, but all too often, cozy equals shabby chic/cottage core, and stylish seems to be an equivalent for 80’s minimalism with a 21st century glam varnish. Yet Anna seems to combine both effortlessly in her creations.

Shopping at Merak is a pleasure for several reasons. I already mentioned the beautiful new store where you can wander for hours, high-quality products for a fair price -whether it be furniture or knick-knacks to make your house a home, and the surroundings, masterfully landscaped by Aria Christen, where you can snap a pic of two if you are so inclined!

Merak regularly participates in several events and sales, so also if you are on a budget, Merak can be more than worth a visit!

Welcome to Pixel Approved. I’m Grazia.

This blog is where I share what I wear, what I see, and what’s on my mind.

Some days, it’s about digital fashion and styling in Second Life. Other days, it’s a personal journal where I unpack random thoughts, trends, or things that just won’t leave my head. I review skins I love, explore beautiful places you might’ve missed, and always keep a sharp eye on details that matter.

If you’re here for virtual fashion, clean edits, smart opinions, or a quiet escape—you’ll feel at home.
