Pixelapproved!

I love a good collab, and I don’t mean the ones you see people ask for on Flickr ;D. But when creators of SL come together to have a joint, coordinated release count me in!! Yesterday Pare, LeLAPEAU and Doux did one, and of course I rushed to get some of the stuff!!

But you also know me well enough that I am not about re-creating vendor ads, and with that I mean that I like to mix up parts of releases with stuff from other creators instead of wearing them “out of the box”. Like here, wearing Pare‘s Ryan plaid blazer (available rigged for selected female AND male bodies) over Miss Chelsea‘s bodilicious Tuli dress instead of with the adorable vest and jeans from Pare‘s release and combined them with Mellow Elie‘s Camden boots (yeah, again, I just love them) and Osmia‘s Sofi knitted scarf. On my hips, Mowie‘s Danny belt, another favorite of mine.

My pretty hair is from Doux, Xquad, and I am wearing LeLAPEAU‘s Ryan skin combined with Nuve‘s Noelle eyebrows and Princess lashes on my LeLutka Avalon head. Ryan has quite heavy highlighting going on, so I applied a layer from Izzie’s nose highlight corrector to take some of that away, but yeah, you can still see the white dot on my nose tip underneath. Personally I like my highlights a bit more subtle. You’ll be able to see what I mean in the no makeup pic.
For my makeup, I went with a sweet little release from Addon+: the Mary eyeshadow (BOM) and Mary lipstick (HD). I topped it off with Jack Spoon‘s Cheeks for Days Contour.

Here, you can see her without makeup. She’s super pretty, but yeah, that dot is a bit much for me! Big shout out to Miss Izzie Button for accommodating all the different skin wishes from SL’s vain people so we can personalize to our heart’s content while still buying those pretty faces from the creators we love! I also have reverted again to Avi-Glam‘s Trendie eyes, they just are so pretty!
